I just joined the zone on Friday, and am enjoying it so far. I find, however, that when I go to the quiz section to take quizzes, when I check the boxes for the correct answer, they don't seem to hold when I click on the submit Answers button. It just goes to the same page with the boxes empty again, without change. All the quizzes I've done have done the same thing.
Also, when I try to enter my birthday in my profile, it will not take for some reason. I set my birthday of October 19th, 1969 in the combo boxes but when I submit it, the page loads after you click the submit button like usual. When I go back into my profile, there are the selection boxes again, like no date was put in. The other info went in jut fine, but not the Birthday. What's the deal here?
Hey, What's your browser version, operating system, etc? Do you have JavaScript and cookies turned on? Are you running admuncher or other ad filters (ad muncher prevents proper logins at times, I have to disable it while on this site)? I'm using IE6 with Windows XP (dot net), with the latest service packs. All works fine here. If you aren't sure about any of the above, let me know and I'll send you to some sites to try and help.
In answer to your question, I have IE6 and Windows XP, with the updates are all there that I need. I don't use Jaws, but use ZoomTest Version 8. I just had the thought that it could be affecting that, but I never ran into this kind of problem. All cookies are turned on like normal. I am not using any add blocking software except a Goggle Tool-bar that has a built in pop-up stopper, but I can't see how that would affect anything. My wife tried the trivia games on my computer, running Jaws 4.50 and it seemed to work for her, so maybe it is a zoomText issue. With ZoomTest running, I can't close pop-ups with close buttons if they have them, but need to click on the close X in the top right corner.
